Mos Espa, Tunisia
This place was the inspiration for Tatooine, and many of the sets were set up around Tunisia. There are tons of attractions in Tunisia that a Star Wars fan would be lucky to have an opportunity to see, such as Lar’s homestead. However, Mos Espa is the place most fans have rated the highest. You can get transportation from a nearby into the area and have the opportunity to see the entire town. How awesome is that?
Redwood National Park, USA
Most people probably don’t think that they can double up on a fantastic experience to the Redwood National Park and also have a one-of-a-kind Star Wars experience. This is where Endor was visualized and shot, so it is the home of some of Star War’s favorite fluffy characters, the Ewoks. This is also a wonderful opportunity to see an outstandingly beautiful National Park.

Death Valley, USA
If you can’t make it all the way to Tunisia to get a taste of Tatooine, why not just head on over to Death Valley in the USA? It’s tough to find since it’s such a vast expanse of desert, but fans around the world have made sure they keep their fellow Star Wars geek informed of the exact filming locations.
Finse, Norway
If you’re a major fan of the Empire Strikes Back, then you’ll want to book tickets to Finse in Norway once you realize it was where they filmed the scenes of Planet Hoth. Norway is incredibly cold, so you’ll have to be quite dedicated to make this trip. However, Hoth was an iconic part of the original trilogy and would be a dream to some fans.
There are hundreds of locations worldwide to visit when it comes to Star Wars, including fan-based destinations that cater to those searching for merchandise and experience. Which one will you visit first?
