But even with that title, it’s very difficult for hotels and other offline businesses to make ends meet with all the current events going on. Due to travel bans and social distancing measures, it’s impossible for anyone to visit or stay anywhere. The best thing we can do during these tough times is to take care of ourselves, loved ones and others.
Therefore, Six Senses recently announced they will be offering new tools to help us navigate through this new routine while we must stay at home.
A Wellness Program At Home
The At Home With Six Senses initiative is finally bringing the famous wellness program online so we can enjoy it while we’re at home. The content will be published on their website, the resort’s newsletters, and social media pages. It will be divided into the following categories: Mindfulness, Eating, Sleeping, Moving, Living Naturally and Connecting. The wellness program will include advice and articles such as guides for people working from home, video tutorials, recipes, workouts, and much more.
Online Meditation Series
The page will launch a daily Facebook Live meditation series, led by Anna Bjurstam, the director of the Six Senses brand programming together with wellness experts around the globe. She will be sharing a guided meditation for wellness living straight from her living room. Meditation is known to be beneficial and reduces stress especially the out-of-control kind during this time.
While Six Senses resorts are a luxury brand with a price tag to match, the online program is available to anyone, and it’s free of charge. If you’re interested to give this program a try, go to the Six Senses social media page and search for the hashtag #AtHomeWithSixSenses. Relax, and stay safe!
