Trolltunga, Norway
For breath-taking views at 1,100 meters above sea level, and 700 meters above Lake Ringedalsvatnet, a hike to Trolltunga – literally meaning “the trolls tongue” – in Skjeggedal, is an opportunity to see panoramic views of clouds along with turquoise lakes. At around 12 and half miles long, with an ascent of 3000 feet, the hike will take around 10 hours in total, but this is one hike that is worth the effort.
