But every once in a while, someone has an experience where they think, “Man, talk about luck” that makes them feel a bit better about everything. From finding a childhood pet to perfectly-timed photographs, the lucky people in these photos are having a really great day!

Sometimes, having a lucky day has nothing to do with finding something amazing. It could have to do with being in the right place at the right time, which is what this very lucky person experienced.

An enormous sign fell and completely crushed their car. Had they been inside, they would have been seriously injured or much, much worse. These are the days in which you can thank your lucky stars that your timing worked out the way that it did.

Narrowly Avoided a Blowout

Owning a car is a privilege, but it comes with its fair share of annoyances, like skyrocketing gas prices and flat tires. It's a good idea to inspect your tires regularly to make sure they're in good shape.

That's how this person discovered how lucky they truly were. That nail is enormous, and had it actually punctured the tire, that wheel would have been a goner. A patch wouldn't have saved it, and tires are darn expensive!

If there's anything that brings pure nostalgia, it's Nintendo's Game Boy line. Most adults had one when they were younger and look back on the games fondly, having spent many hours playing them.

This is one of the luckiest people alive. If the person selling this had done some research, they could have made way more than $40 off of this bundle. Maybe some of them don't work, but still! What a lucky find.

Have you ever seen those older people in movies who have some cash hoarded away somewhere in their home because they don't trust banks? Well, it seems that people in movies may not be the only ones who do that.

This lucky person managed to find one of those stashes above their own bedroom! We would have preferred quarters or even silver dollars over dimes, but hey, beggars can't be choosers. Plus, free money is free money.
