When Claire Danes starred in the 2007 movie Evening, it did not come as a shock that she fell in love with her co-star Dancy. Bacall revealed of their first kiss, “He was standing behind me — we were joking as usual — when suddenly he leaned over, put his hand under my chin and kissed me.” The couple married in 1945 and had two children, but sadly, disaster struck in 1957 when Bogart died of esophageal cancer.
